Energy healing is a method of healing that has been used throughout history. Hayley has learned many different energy healing techniques through the course of her studies and incorporates these techniques into her healing practice. She was especially influenced by her teacher Tom Tam, who practices a form of energy healing known as Chi Gong Therapy.

During a Chi Gong Therapy treatment, healing energy (chi) is sent to the client in order to promote healing. The client will often feel sensations of warmth, tingling and increased wellbeing. In a chi gong treatment, blockages are removed much like during an acupuncture or shiatsu treatment. In this case the blockages are removed energetically.

Chi gong therapy may be applied in person or long distance. Chi gong therapy is often included during an acupuncture session in order to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
